B.M. Associates (“The Firm”) was started by Sri B.M. Shyam Prasad in the year 1995-96 as B.M.Shyam Prasad & Associates. Since his designation as a Senior Counsel by the High Court of Karnataka in the year 2014, The firm was renamed as B.M.S.P.Associates and after his elevation as Judge of Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, the Firm is renamed as B.M.Associates, is currently headed by P.B.Ajit , R.K.Thontadharya. As an institution, the Firm aims to provide clear, concise and practical legal advice based on an in-depth knowledge of the legal, regulatory and commercial environment within which our clients operate and a full understanding of their overall business objectives.
The Firms core team consists of highly qualified and professional individuals, who have experience and practice of well over 20 ( Twenty ) years in the legal profession working amongst some of the most distinguished advocates/firms not only in the state of Karnataka but also in India. The team on account of its vast experience and practice is well equipped to handle litigation and non litigation work at the highest professional level.
